Eight 18 mm plywood parts: a base, top, two side panels, two recessed ends and two inner ribs. Each end has two handholds; the centre remains clear for a future bar. A preliminary layout fits on three 1525 × 1525 mm sheets.
This is a fabrication draft, not a verified sports apparatus.
The 1000 mm base width is a proposal for discussion. Load capacity, stability, the bar attachment and the joints have not been engineered or tested. Review the structure and make a trial assembly before fabrication for use.
