Eight 18 mm plywood parts: a base, top, two side panels, two recessed ends and two inner ribs. Each end has two 130 × 45 mm handholds, the same as on the other models; a 270 mm central strip remains clear for a future bar bracket. The preliminary layout fits on two 1525 × 1525 mm sheets.

The estimated 32.1 kg excludes the floor pad and fasteners. Load capacity, stability and the bar attachment have not been engineered or tested. Structural review and a trial assembly are required before fabrication for use.
