The shell has eight plywood parts: a bottom, a top, two smooth side panels, two recessed end panels and two internal ribs. The ends and ribs use square-cut tabs in straight slots in the bottom and top; each side panel has 28 marked pilot holes for screws. Each end has two handholds, while the centre remains clear for a future bar bracket.
This is a fabrication draft, not a verified sports apparatus.
The part geometry is prepared for cutting, but load capacity, stability and the bar attachment have not been engineered or tested. Structural review and load testing are required before fabrication for use.
