Balance trainer 36
One rail made of 1 to 5 stacked plywood layers on two single-layer feet. Top thickness determines the height.

Assembly without screws
Apply wood glue across the mating faces of the rail layers and at the foot-to-rail contacts. Clamp through flat pads; follow the chosen adhesive's clamping and curing instructions. File the assembled rail's outer edges to a 2 × 2 mm, 45° chamfer, then sand smooth. Leave internal horizontal layer joints square.
Optional 30 mm nails are supplementary only: driven from below through an 18 mm foot into the lowest rail layer by about 12 mm, within the overlap. They do not replace glue or clamps. Test on offcuts for protruding tips, heads and delamination. Nail diameter and layout are not specified; hardware is not modeled in CAD.
Geometry draft, not a tested sports apparatus. Joint strength, deflection and stability are unverified. Structural review, load testing and slip protection are required before training. Glue and floor-pad thickness are excluded from the height.
